I am a certified sophrologist, trained at the Institut de Formation à la Sophrologie in Paris, specializing in supporting children and adolescents. With 15 years of teaching experience, I have developed a deep understanding of each child’s unique needs, challenges, and potential.
Passionate about helping people thrive, I guide my clients with care, kindness, and attentive listening. Together, we work on managing emotions, improving sleep, boosting self-confidence, and preventing stress and burnout.
✨ As a teacher and a mother, I have developed a special sensitivity for neurodivergent children and their families. I support not only the children, but also their parents and siblings, helping everyone navigate daily challenges more smoothly.

My approach
Listening is at the heart of my working method! Listening well means knowing how to target needs as closely as possible, and therefore being able to develop a perfectly adapted protocol that will be effective!
Once the objective is defined, I work on a support protocol, which will define the number of sessions and their objectives.
Each session follows the same pattern: a discussion period at the beginning and end, 3 or 4 dynamic relaxation exercises, and one static relaxation exercise. Each exercise is designed and chosen based on the desired goal.
At the end of the session, you will leave with simple sheets so that you can repeat the dynamic relaxations at home, and also with the recording of the static relaxation, which you can listen to again and repeat as you wish!
