During my fifteen years as a teacher, I have always been deeply committed to supporting children and teenagers with kindness, placing their well-being at the heart of my priorities.
Convinced that emotional balance is essential for their growth and success, I have chosen to place this experience at the service of families, by accompanying them through sophrology.

These many years in education have allowed me to better understand the challenges and difficulties that children and teenagers may face, especially those who are neurodivergent or experience neurodevelopmental disorders.

As a mother of two, I also know how these situations can affect the whole family: parents who often feel exhausted, siblings who try to find their place, and a home atmosphere that can become tense.
This is why I truly wish to bring more harmony and serenity to families through sophrology: by supporting parents, helping siblings develop empathy and patience, and offering children adapted tools to grow with greater peace of mind.

Sophrology is a gentle and natural approach that guides each person towards his or her goals, with respect for oneself and others, and always with one main priority: greater well-being in everyday life.
