Individual sessions
Your first session
During our first meeting, we will take the time to talk about your needs, your goals, and what you would like to improve through sophrology. This moment also helps us build trust and define a clear, personalized objective for your journey.
I will then guide you through a simple first exercise, so you can already experience the benefits of sophrology.
This initial session is essential — it is usually longer than a standard session and lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Follow-up sessions
Each follow-up session is a time for listening and practice. It includes a short discussion, four dynamic relaxation exercises, one guided relaxation (sophronization), and a personalized training plan. These sessions help you relax, integrate sophrology into your daily life, and progress at your own pace toward your goal.

After each session, you will receive the dynamic exercise sheets and an audio recording of the guided relaxation, so you can continue practicing between sessions and strengthen the positive effects on your well-being.
